1. Order confirmation
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation, the email confirmation will be sent at the latest 24 hours after we have received your order. If the estimated time of delivery changes, you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. You have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until your order has been sent. The ownership and readmission right will remain with Vilja of Sweden HB until full payment has been received from the customer.
VAT of 25 % is included in all our prices. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment. Once your order has been confirmed, the price can only be changed by circumstances of which Vilja of Sweden HB is not in control. For example, changed commodity prices, value changes or changed VAT. If this happens, no processing cost will apply. If the price would change, the customer is entitled to lift the purchase without any additional charges.
Shipping is included in the price of your order. If you wish your order to be sent with a traceable and registered letter, an additional cost of 9 euro will be charged.
4. Payment methods
4.1 Credit card or debit card
You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card. For safe payment, Vilja of Sweden HB uses Stripe. For more information, visit www.stripe.com.
You can chose to pay your order with PayPal. For more information, visit www.paypal.com.
Swedish customers can chose to pay your order with Swish. For more information, visit www.swish.se.
If you place your order before 4 p.m. on a non-holiday workday we will process your order the same day. Normally, your order will be delivered within 1-2 days (in Sweden). If all of our items in stock are sold out before we are able to update our website, we will inform the customer of estimated time of delivery. If the chosen item is not in stock, the customer is entitled to lift the purchase without any additional charges. The mail service will deliver at the address supplied when making the order.
6. Delivery delay
If there is a delay out of our control, Vilja of Sweden HB disclaims liability for any damage the delay may have caused the customer. This might happen if a supplier is unable to fulfill their delivery obligation or problems in the manufacturing process. We will notify the customer if the order is delayed. If the item is delayed, the customer is entitled to lift the purchase without any additional charges.
The customer is responsible for the transportation of the order when the order leaves the stock. Vilja of Sweden HB is responsible for the transportation if the order is sent with a traceable and registered letter.
8. Damaged goods
Make sure your order is in order as soon as you receive it. If your order is defective or inaccurate, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail: email@example.com.
9. Withdrawal of Order
According to Distansavtalslagen, the customer has 14 days of withdrawal from an order. You may cancel or return your order from the date you receive the order until 14 days after receipt of the ordered item. When returning your order, the bracelet must be in the same condition as when delivered as well as in its original packaging.
If the customer withdraws from an order, the return shipping is without any additional cost. If you have been charged for the item, we will provide a refund using the same method used to make the payment. In case of a trade, Vilja of Sweden HB will pay for the delivery of the replacement item one time. The customer is always responsible for the item until Vilja of Sweden HB has received it. Vilja of Sweden HB reserves the right to refuse a refund or trade of a bracelet when misusing or unfulfilling these terms and conditions.
The guarantee applies six (6) months after receiving the order. The guarantee comprises manufacturing faults and not normal wear. The guarantee does not apply if caused by inaccurate use or accident. Please let us know as soon as possible if you discover a manufacturing fault. When contacting us, please state your name, address, order number and a detailed description of your current case. Also, we will need a photo that clearly shows the fault. When contacting us, use the contact sheet on our website or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In any eventual dispute, we follow the guidelines from ARN.
As soon as we have received and approved the returned item, we provide refunds using the same method used to make the payment.
We reserve ourselves for changes in prices due to major price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are out of our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.
14. Unclaimed packages
Normally, your order will be delivered to the mailbox at the address stated when placing the order. If your order arrives at a delivery office, a notification will be sent to you by e-mail or text message. Make sure that your phone number; address and e-mail you have provided are correct. Unclaimed packages will debited an administrative fee of 250 SEK.
15. Force Majeure
Vilja of Sweden HB is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.
16. Immaterial rights
All immaterial rights on this website are owned by Vilja of Sweden HB. All use of this website and its content including copying or content storage in commercial purpose are forbidden without permission from Vilja of Sweden HB.
17. Trade of product
When trading a product, only one trade is possible. A trade of product can only be made within the same price range. If the customer wants to trade a bracelet to one in another price range, a refund has to be done. A new purchase can than be made.
